How much will it cost?

I charge £120 per session.

 

How long is a session?

Each session lasts 50 minutes.

 

How often do sessions take place?

Individuals must be committed to attending on a weekly basis in order to maintain the momentum and depth of therapy. Sessions are attended on the same day and at the same time.  I generally do not see people less regularly than once per week.

 

How long will I be in therapy? 

The length of therapy is hard to determine. It really depends on the nature of what you wish to explore, its depth and breadth.

 

Cancellation Policy

When we start therapy I commit to keeping the space open for you at an agreed time, on a weekly basis. A cancelled appointment delays our work. I charge the full fee for cancellations when less than one week's notice is given.I do not charge for pre-arranged holidays or absences.  

 

How do I pay?

Payments can be made at the end of each session or I can invoice you on a monthly basis.  

 

Can I pay through my Health Insurance?

Yes. I am registered with AXA PPP Healthcare, Aviva, BUPA, CIGNA HealthCare and Vitality Health.

 

Will it remain confidential? 

Confidentiality is a priority and will be discussed in your first session. I adhere to the HCPC code of conduct and BPS code of conduct and ethics.
